The “East Texas Fugitive” is a size 7 3/8 (59cm) cowboy hat distressed to look worn by Ugly Outlaw Hats. Open crown with a pencil curled brim at a 4 inch width. Oiled to look like leather but made of hare/beaver mix of fur at 50/50. Handmade, one of a kind from Ugly Outlaw. Includes a soft calf leather sweatband on the inside and a satin liner.
